Real Bacillus subtilis (bio-fungicide)
Real Bacillus subtilis is a ubiquitous gram-positive soil borne bacterium, isolated from the soil and formulated as a bio-fungicide. Eco-toxicological studies with the Real IPM isolate of Bacillus subtilis, confirms that it has no negative environmental or health and safety issues.
It is available as a total fermented product. Our concentration of colony forming units is high and it is therefore cost effective.
Real Bacillus subtilis can be applied as a foliar application using conventional spray equipment. Real Bacillus subtilis is compatible with most conventional chemical pesticides and fertilisers and can be tank mixed with them, making it easy to use.
For optimum effect, do not spray to “run off” but apply sufficient water volume to ensure good cover.
In addition to the Kenyan label below, Real IPM has permission from the Ethiopian government to sell Real Bacillus for powdery mildew control in roses.
