Preparation for Global GAP
Real IPM is the only company in Africa with full accreditation from Global GAP to train in Global GAP. See the Global GAP website for a list of Accredited Trainers.
The Real IPM team is technically well qualified to provide flower, fruit and vegetable exporters, as well as coffee growers, with tailor made courses to prepare them for GLOBAL GAP audits.
Real IPM will not be involved in auditing itself, as this is a conflict of interest, not acceptable to the GLOBAL GAP Committee. Exporters should ensure that they are not receiving pre-audit ‘training’ or ‘consultancy’ from the same company, which will be undertaking their audit as this could invalidate the outcome of the audit.
Course length: 3 days
Minimum qualifications of trainees: Relevant department management experience
Maximum number of trainees: 20 candidates.

Venue: Training can be delivered either at Real IPM’s Kichozi Farm in Thika or at the client’s premises, by arrangement.
