Training of Trainers
Real IPM has received training from the EU Pesticide Initiative Programme to enable us to provide Training of Trainers courses. This empowers our clients to use their own staff to more cost effectively train their work force. The teaching skills which are developed with the trainees can be used to deliver courses over a wide range of subjects.
Real IPM is an experienced Training of Trainers provider. We have run ToT courses in many African and Caribbean countries. Sessions are lively and encourage new trainers to develop participative training methods. The participants will develop an understanding of how to organise training to make it effective, memorable and fun.
